Governor Quinn signs fast track foreclosure legislation
Surrounded by representatives from the Illinois Credit Union League (ICUL), state lawmakers from both sides of the aisle, housing advocates, county officials, and other interested community stakeholders, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn last Friday signed into law SB 16, a measure that establishes a “fast track” expedited foreclosure process to help address the issue of abandoned residential properties in Illinois. Land of Lincoln CU raises funds for its 2012 Charity
Land of Lincoln Credit Union (LLCU) worked for a year to raise funds for its 2012 Charity, The Good Samaritan Inn. As a result of their efforts, LLCU staff recently delivered a donation check for over $7,600.
