Welcome to the Thomas W. Doig Chapter of Credit Unions

The Thomas W. Doig and Northern Cook County Chapter boards agreed to a merger on February 19, 2016.  Hearing no opposition from any of the affected credit unions, the Illinois Credit Union League Board of Directors approved the merger on June 15, 2016, effectively immediately.

That portion of Cook County generally situated north of North Avenue and a portion of the City of Bensenville located in DuPage County, and that portion of Lake County as more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Illinois Route 83 and the Illinois/Wisconsin state boundary line; and then continuing due east along the Illinois/Wisconsin state boundary line until the line intersects with Lake Michigan; and then continuing in a southerly direction along the shoreline of Lake Michigan until the line intersects with Devon Avenue, and then continuing due west along the centerline of Devon Avenue until the line intersects with Austin Boulevard as extended in a northerly direction through Edgebrook Golf Course, and then continuing due south along the centerline of Austin Boulevard until the line intersects with North Avenue, and then continuing due west along the centerline of North Avenue until the line intersects with the Cook/DuPage County boundary line, and then continuing due north along the centerline of the Cook/DuPage County boundary line until the line intersects with Green Street, and then continuing in a westerly direction along the centerline of Green Street until the line intersects with Center Street, and then continuing due north along the centerline of Center Street until the line intersects with Irving Park Road, and then continuing in an easterly direction along the centerline of Irving Park Road until the line intersects with the Cook/DuPage County boundary line, and then continuing due north and then due west along the centerline of the Cook/DuPage County boundary line until the line intersects with the Kane County boundary line, and then continuing due north and then due east and then due north along the centerline of the Cook/Kane County boundary line until the line intersects with the McHenry County boundary line, and then continuing due east along the centerline of the Cook/McHenry County boundary line and then the Cook/Lake County boundary line until the line intersects with Illinois Route 59; and then continuing in a northerly direction along the centerline of Illinois Route 59 until the line intersects with Illinois Route 173; and then continuing in an easterly direction along the centerline of Illinois Route 173 until the line intersects with Illinois Route 83; and then continuing in a northerly direction along the centerline of Illinois Route 83 to the point of beginning.
