Presenters:
Cathy Pettis is the Senior Vice President for the Illinois Credit Union League Service Corporation.  She currently handles operations for credit, debit and ATM cards.  Among other products, the Service Corp. services card programs in 45 states for more than 3,100 credit unions, and has a portfolio of over a half million cards.

Con O’Mahoney is Senior Compliance Analyst for the Illinois Credit Union League.  He has been with the League since 1976 when he joined as a field consultant.  In his current capacity, Con advises credit unions on regulatory and operational issues and provides comment letters on proposed regulations.  He also writes L&T Bulletin articles and assists in legislative areas.
