It takes little thought to want to recognize Frank Padak as a Chapter Leader. Frank has guided the Southern Illinois Chapter of Credit Unions to supremacy.

The Southern Illinois Chapter has been blessed with a leader who has shown great dedication and work ethic. Under his leadership his Chapter has won the CUPAC fundraising campaign the last four years. Under his guidance the Chapter has had outstanding meetings, with interesting topical discussions. In 1997 the Chapter raised $4,772 for CUPAC: just five years later that number topped $20,000, nearly doubling all other chapters in Illinois.

Frank Padak’s tenure as chairperson came to a close in February 2002. A new chairperson will take his place, and because of the groundwork Frank laid, the Southern Illinois Chapter will continue to grow and prosper under its new leadership. He has set the standard for a Chapter Chairperson, and as future Chapter Leaders, we look forward to the challenge of sustaining his legacy.
