George G. Burnett Chapter
Kathy Bunting has been a diligent chapter leader for many years. She has held several chapter offices and will begin a term as chairperson of the George G. Burnett Chapter of Credit Unions on March 1st.
Kathy has initiated many new and successful programs during her leadership terms on the Burnett Chapter Board. She successfully initiated and conducted a program called "Credit Unions are Cool" in which the Burnett Chapter raised funds for purchasing fans and air-conditioners for needy families. She and other chapter officials then distributed these "cool" items throughout the community. Last year Kathy organized the first Burnett Chapter "Trivia Night." It was a huge success. The evening included ten trivia categories, a 50/50 drawing, raffles and give-always, and of course, soda, beer, and snacks. All proceeds from Trivia Night were donated to CUPAC.
In general, Kathy Bunting has always been a devoted Chapter Leader. She is diligent, dependable, and a very hard working individual who has been a tremendous asset. She also has always brought her sense of humor and spirit of fun to all chapter functions. The Burnett Chapter salutes and thanks you, Kathy.
